This mixed-use complex is set within one of Vilnius’ fastest-growing districts, where diverse architectural expressions lack a unifying identity. The design responds with a dynamic composition of varied building heights, forming semi-enclosed courtyards that create clear “street” and “yard” perimeters. Three distinct public spaces—a small street plaza, an active pedestrian passage, and a quiet inner courtyard—each offer a unique character and use. Facades balance urban rigor and natural openness: street-facing elevations are structured and formal, while inner volumes are softer and more open. Durable, locally inspired materials, varied panel textures, and carefully detailed balconies enrich the ensemble’s architectural expression.
