This proposal enhances a partially developed residential site by introducing two four-story apartment buildings with plinth-level car storage, thoughtfully positioned on the south side to respect existing structures. The buildings frame a semi-private green courtyard, blending with surrounding landscaping to create a welcoming communal space. Rounded outer corners soften the volumes, emphasizing the idea of enclosing and protecting the inner yard while giving the complex a distinctive architectural identity. Contrasting façade finishes—lighter treatments facing the courtyard and more restrained materials on the perimeter—further articulate the design. The result is a harmonious, resident-focused environment that balances privacy, openness, and quality living.
