Designed by AEXN, the new mixed-use residential development in Tauralaukis will transform a former industrial site into a contemporary urban environment. The project comprises two residential buildings with 149 apartments and commercial spaces accommodating services, dining, sports and healthcare-related functions.
Particular attention has been given to the quality of the public realm. More than 39% of the site is dedicated to green areas, complemented by playgrounds, sports facilities, pedestrian paths, terraces and shared outdoor spaces. The development also includes underground parking, bicycle storage facilities and 171 parking spaces.
The project seeks to create a balanced urban setting where housing, amenities and landscape are integrated into a cohesive environment designed for contemporary living.
