Situated in the established urban fabric of the city center, the property is surrounded by multi-family housing and a nearby kindergarten. The project scope includes raising the roof to create attic living space, reconstructing an extension, and adding an underground garage. The two-story building with attic features modernized structural solutions, enhanced thermal insulation, and durable exterior finishes. Interior layouts provide functional living spaces, while the design carefully integrates with existing urban context and complies with heritage, fire safety, and sustainable building standards.
