Building was originally built in 1940, making it an expressive late modern style. Inside is replanned to adapt to new needs for administrative function.
Architectural elements from the different stages - columns, arched openings, the molding decor in the assembly hall, and the existing window frame design- are preserved and highlighted in new interior design.
