AEXN architects

The complex consists of an SPA + hotel and guest houses. Architectural volumes and scale are harmonized with the surrounding environment, reflecting the proportions characteristic of the local villa morphology, while preserving as many existing trees as possible. The façades feature materials typical of coastal architecture – dominated by natural wood that blends seamlessly into the landscape. Additional finishes include clinker or natural stone elements and vertical aluminium louvres coated with a wood laminate finish.
