This sports facility proposal, prepared under Vilnius City Municipality’s approved guidelines, envisions a modern, functional building harmonized with its surroundings. Positioned centrally on a rectangular plot, the one-story volume with a partially excavated basement creates an inviting entrance space facing the street. The building’s distinctive character is defined by perforated metal cladding with integrated lighting, giving it a contemporary and dynamic identity. Inside, the basement houses the main entrance, lounge, dressing rooms, spa, gym, and administrative spaces, while the ground floor accommodates seven game courts and a mezzanine with an additional court. Minimal landscaping and decorative plantings enhance the site’s clean, cohesive design.
